Scrum for Teams Course Overview
All of the work that is delivered within the Scrum Framework is completed by a Scrum Team. A Scrum Team is required to work together productively by using certain Scrum techniques such as forming, storming, norming, and performing. Most projects conducted by a Scrum Team are completed in 3 sprints.
A Scrum Team should share rules, be accountable for project delivery, be self-organising, and work full time within the project. This training course will teach delegates how to achieve these goals, and will ensure individuals emerge as competent Scrum Team members.
