Programme Information

The Programme is taught by experienced Anaesthesiologists and Nurse Specialists. Apart from theoretical teaching, the Programme also includes laboratory practical sessions and clinical practicum as to reinforce students' learned knowledge and skills as being as an Anaesthetic Assistant.

Entry Requirements
Applicants must be:

  • 18 years old or above, and
  • Fluent in Cantonese; and
  • Completion of a certificate training programme for Care-related Support Worker (CRSW) or at least 2-year patient care working experience in hospitals; and
  • (i) Completion of Secondary 5 with Grade E or above in Chinese Language and English Language (Syllabus B) in the Hong Kong Certificate of Education Examination (HKCEE); or (ii) Completion of Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education (HKDSE) with Level 2 or above in Chinese Language and English Language; or (iii) Completion of Secondary 5 or HKDSE and pass an English test.
