課程目標：
讓學員掌握在安老院舍提供長者照顧及護理的專業技能，以擔任護理員工作
入學條件：
1)小六程度；及
2)操流利廣東話及懂書寫中文；及
3)未曾修讀ERB的下列任何課程：「護理員基礎證書」課程、「家居長者照顧員證書」課程、「長者照顧基礎證書（兼讀制）」課程、「長者護理基礎證書（兼讀制）」課程
