Programme Features
- The first top-up undergraduate programme in Hong Kong that combines Business Management, Entrepreneurial Management, and Design Business
- Provides academic and professional training for designers to start a new business or to manage an innovative business project
- Provides a unique learning experience through the Entrepreneurship Project with two supervisors – a faculty member and a practitioner
- Provides advice to graduates for applying for startup funding based on the Entrepreneurship Project (Business Plan)
- Renown practitioners in the industry will be invited to be mentors for students during and beyond their studies
- Provides graduates with accessibility to the Innovation Incubation Centre for the development of new ventures
Programme Learning Outcomes
Upon completion of the Programme, students should be able to:
- To integrate and apply a broad range of knowledge vital to design and entrepreneurial management to launch, manage and grow a design business
- To apply principles, theories and models of entrepreneurial management to develop and implement financial, marketing and management strategies in a design business context
- To apply information and communication technology, critical thinking and analytical skills to decision-making and management in a design business context
- To apply ethical reasoning in the performance of personal and professional responsibilities through an innovative business with social impacts
- To develop a sound and feasible business plan to launch new venture for entrepreneurial start-ups and/or corporate projects

Career Prospects
Graduates of the Programme may pursue to be the entrepreneurs to develop start-ups in the industry and/or intrapreneurs to manage innovative business projects in an existing business.
Articulation Pathways
Graduates are eligible to apply for Master of Corporate Governance Programme offered by Saint Francis University, or relevant Master’s Degree programmes offered by local or overseas universities for academic advancement.
