Course Overview

認識基本營養概念證書

課程目標

註冊營養師將由淺入深,逐一講解宏量營養素(碳水化合物、蛋白質、脂肪)、微量營養素(常見的維他命及礦物質)及抗氧化劑的食物來源與健康的關係。課程最後一節更設有烹飪示範,讓參加者認識基本營養概念後,能掌握健康烹調技巧,有助實踐營養知識於日常生活中以改善整體健康。
