入學條件
1. 在職建築材料樣辦人員及2. 持有建造業議會/香港建造學院發出的「建築材料取辦員證明書」（ 證明書的有效期將於6 個月內屆滿或過期不超過3 個月）
認可資歷
現時房屋署已規定在其轄下地盤從事抽取樣辦的工友必須完成此項課程。
證書頒發
出席全日課程、筆試及實務考試及格者可獲發「建築材料取辦員證明書」，證書有效期為五年。考試不及格者可重考一次；重考不及格者必須重新報讀「建築材料取辦員課程」。
