Course Overview
Intended Learning Outcomes:
On completion of the module, students are expected to be able to:
- devise strategies to tackle the risks undertaking in property insurance portfolio;
- review the process and establish underwriting policies of constructing property insurance contracts to cope with new market developments; and
- critically evaluate key insurance matters and performance of underwriting and claims in order to formulate effective negotiation strategies.
