About the Course
In three hours, you will learn how to successfully set up a project plan in MS Project. You will learn how to navigate MS Project’s interface with ease and create a successful project plan as you become comfortable working within the Microsoft Project environment. You will learn how to set up the project start and set the working calendar as well as correctly enter in tasks, resources and assign the resources to the appropriate tasks. In this getting started short course you will learn the foundational skills needed to manage your projects using Microsoft Project 2013/2016/2019 desktop.
