課程目標
讓學員掌握營養學基礎知識，並能夠正確回答顧客有關飲食營養簡單的問題以及介紹正確的飲食營養之道。
基本入學資格
香港合資格僱員 (即合法在香港居留並可無條件自由受僱或工作的人士，包括香港永久性居民及新來港定居人士)
年齡在15歲或以上
學歷在副學位程度或以下
具備個別課程之入學條件。
入學資格
小六學歷程度及具兩年或以上美容業工作經驗的人士（申請人如未達小六學歷程度，須通過中文入學筆試）；或
有意轉職美容業工作、中五學歷程度及具工作經驗的人士；或
有意轉職美容業工作、中三學歷程度及具兩年或以上工作經驗的人士
