Course Overview
課程目標：
讓學員掌握調酒技巧，基本拋樽技巧，酒吧營運知識，了解行業文化及要求，以投身調酒員或相關工作
入學條件：
i. 18歲或以上；及
ii. 中五學歷程度，或中三學歷程度及具兩年或以上工作經驗；及
iii. 能閱讀及理解中文及簡單英文
