Course Overview
課程目標：
讓學員了解茶餐廳的運作，認識一般茶餐廳食品及飲品製作技巧，以及認識廚務的一般工作及職責，以投身茶餐廳廚吧助理或相關工作
入學條件：
i. 小六學歷程度（申請人如未達小六程度，須通過中文閱讀能力測試）；及
ii. 具兩年工作經驗；及
iii. 能應付體力勞動性工作及長期站立
訓練期：
180小時（17天全日，11天半日）
