It is a comprehensive course, though now out of date in some areas. Material was well presented.

I have never used any version of Outlook or any of the Microsoft Office Suit applications before, mainly because I have never worked in a office or business environment. Recently though I decided to buy Office 2016 Pro Plus which I found at a really great price online to use with files from the course I'm taking at school. Since I had no previous experience with any of the Office products I thought it would be a good idea to see what was available on Udemy for training courses. I tried to find the courses that would start at beginner level and proceed to advanced user, and that would be the most comprehensive. Infinite Skills - Outlook 2013 Training - A Definitive Course checked all these boxes for me in what I wanted in a course. The course is brought to life by Erin's concise, clear, steady pace and knowledge of how Outlook is used in the real world of business. Pretty much every feature is gone over to some degree. Even though I have Outlook 2016 it is still very similar to Outlook 2013 and I would imagine this course would also be good for people who are beginner learners in Outlook 2010 & Outlook 365. This course at 10 hours is one of the most comprehensive and informative for Outlook that you can find on Udemy. I believe it is excellent for beginners in Outlook and Office and may even have helpful info and tips that experienced users may have forgot or never used before. In my opinion this is pretty much the best course for Outlook because of the vast amount of information and how it is broken up in the course modules in a clear and concise fashion. I highly recommend this course for anyone wanting to learn about Outlook, what it is and how to use it to it's fullest. Get started, have fun and learn a lot, I know I did. Thank you Erin!

I loved how this course was well paced - not too fast, not too slow. And I also appreciated the idea of the entire course divided into separate pieces, rather than one super long class. I could view the material at my leisure, and review any section at any time. And because of this, I found the entire course to be very engaging which helped me retain some useful information concerning Outlook and all its applications within.
