Essentially this is an audio-visual technical manual for Hyper-V. It covers all the basic operational and configurable aspects of Hyper-V but offers no real hands-on learning exercises. If you need step-by-step hands-on experience on a topic -- say, for failover cluster setup -- you're better off with YouTube videos. That said, it's a valuable resource for future questions on Hyper-V configuration as the author is thorough with each topic. I skipped more than half of the subjects, but I can revisit them when needed.
