Learn how to manage multiple projects using Microsoft Project with expert tutor, Richard Walters.

Are you managing multiple projects at once and looking for a tool to help you?

Microsoft Project is fast becoming the must have project management tool of choice. This course is designed to teach you to utilize some of the programme management features within Microsoft Project. Even if you have never used Microsoft Project before, by taking our series of Microsoft Project courses (also available on Udemy), you will be confident in using this software application throughout your day-to-day duties. 

In this course we will cover the topic of programme management (i.e. managing multiple related projects at once).
