It was pretty basic to start, but felt there was good content starting in section 5.

Definitely learnt new things. But not all of them were worthy of categorizing into an Intermediate course. Extremely low audio volume when the instructor is speaking. Had terrible difficulty when learning on-the-go.

At first I thought he was going a little fast for me, then I realized that I had my speed set at 1.25, not 1. Do wish that he would let you know which exercises to pull up as you follow along though. Had to keep pausing the video while I found the corresponding file. Lots of great info - and even more in the supplied training manual!
