I would recommend this course after someone fully studies Net+ and wants an introduction to CCNA. This course is NOT for newbies. There is no exercises, no slow downs to explain concepts, just a fast past info dump. I'm giving this an above 3 star rating because I think the best part about this course was the Network Classes A, B, C, D, E - That was something I never really understood until I watched this video course.
