It is a great way of studying for the exam. The response time for tickets is fast. Sometimes i felt the response was more of a "copy paste" of what exists on the guide (which in some cases is enough to clarify and it is fine) and not a clear explanation of why the answer in one instead of the other. So in some cases I didn't feel i was getting the guidance i needed to clarify my questions. Nevertheless, would recomend.
