The only reason it I did not give 1 star was that the author obviously understands what the PBA certification is about and asks relevant questions. Having said that, the quality of the questions is abysmal. Instead of situational questions, the tests requires the verbatim memorization of the PBA standards. This leads to extreme response options, and you will spend way more time memorizing the book than it is required for the successful PBA exam. (For the record, I passed it the certification exam first time, with above target in four out of the five knowledge areas -- in this test I was still scoring at the low fifties.) The English of the questions is extremely poor. Every single question is full of grammatical and syntax errors and sometimes contain garbage words (last I checked "jemene" is not an English word; opportunists is different from opportunity etc.) I can't shake the feeling that it was Google Translated from another language. Competitor exam simulators are much better, even if they are more expensive. Save yourself the frustration and avoid this one.

Very poor English in the questions and potential answers. Difficult to understand what they are asking. I wont even bother doing any of the other exams - feel I've wasted my money

The testing format is okay, however, the grammar needs improvement. I wasted a lot of time trying to understand simple sentences. The author should have edited and reviewed the questions before posting them.
