I expected to see more of Agile metrics creating , tracking, Dashboards etc. The course mainly focused on Scrum theory leaving little room ServiceNow exploration. I am not that satisfied unfortunately.

I found a flub in your second last video. This does not look good. However, I am not happy as you promised us more than you delivered. I was looking forward to you showing us how Kanban worked in Service now, which you promised you would do but did not. Also you said you would get into how the Agile Module in Service Now assists with Service now areas. I.e. ITIL upon which Service Now is built. I (ITIL 2, 3 and 4 cerfified) can assist you on a quick way to do this if required.
