This can be achieved by reading the documentation and enrolling in the NowLearning "ITSM Implementation On Demand" course (which also provides a voucher for the exam upon completion).
In my personal experience, the knowledge gained from the "Pass Your ServiceNow CIS-ITSM Exam" course was the biggest factor that enabled me to pass on my first attempt. Therefore, I highly recommend it.

This test series has been extremely helpful in my preparation—around 83% of the questions were closely aligned with the actual exam. I would, however, recommend enhancing the Service Portfolio Management section, as approximately 5–8 questions in the ITSM exam are related to this topic.
