    Very very very disappoint with this course. Instructor Voice is breaking all the time(Seems his headphone is of poor quality and without Noise cancellation), background noise annoying which causing sometimes you can't listen what he is saying. Seems instructor is little bit low knowledgeable about ServiceNow that's why sometimes its like he is confused. He clicks, clicks, clicks, scrolls fast and moves his mouse around the screen really fast as fast as he talks which is really fast. He would create new items and move around so fast it was difficult trying to do it along with him. So very difficult to work along with him, even when pausing, in your own instance. I am going to ask Udemy Refund my money I don't want this course.
