Some of these questions had answers that were correct that were marked as incorrect. This doesn't accurately represent the CompTIA test as it should and need to be reviewed as well as updated.

I passed my exam today with a 709 and these practice exams did help prepare me some for it and covered a lot of material needed. However, this has way too much irrelevant and unnecessary information that is out of scope from the objectives. For the languages of data file formats, you only need to know JSON, XML, and HTML, but this adds another one called SGML, Standard Generalized Markup Language, which is not on the objectives. For chi-squared, this course breaks it out into more than one test, Test of Independence and Goodness of Fit, and on top of that, also divides Chi Squared into two definitions, one called Chi Squared Statistic and another called Chi Squared Test, which was very confusing. On the objectives, it is only referred to as Chi Squared, and never mentions Test of Independence or Goodness of Fit. In these exams, I would come across several questions on chi Squared that would have all four of these options as possible answers, and it was never clear what it was really asking. One of the worst areas is 3.4, the tools. Several tools have been added that are not in the objectives. These includes ArcGIS, SSRS, Crystal Reports, Oracle Analytics, Microsoft Power Platform, and Cloudera, which are NOT listed anywhere in that section on the objectives yet are included as answer choices in these tests. There are also extra charts, including column chart which is easily confused with bar chart, where bar chart is the only one on the objectives, as well as dot map, filled map, and layered map, and also stop word. None of these terms appear anywhere on the objectives. I found these tests harder than the actual exam and was only scoring in the 70s, which made me question if I was really ready for the real exam. My advice would be to trim out all this unnecessary information and just focus on what is actually on the objectives. That would help people have a better idea of their readiness for this exam.
