I have passed the CCST (IT Support) Exam recently, I can confirm the questions here mirrored the questions I was given. Just a few things. Quite a few questions on these tests were on Linux, to my knowledge this is not part of the current syllabus (only Win and MacOS), but maybe it was in the past. The questions here are your standard 4 choice MCQ format but the exam had a few more complex question formats like completing text passages, dragging and dropping text boxes etc. Perhaps Udemy's quiz templates don't allow for this. I was also kind of amused that there were a few questions about troubleshooting fax machines in these tests, it is officially part of the syllabus so you may get it for the exam, though that didn't happen to me!
