COBIT 2019 Design and Implementation Certificate Exam is a three-hour exam covers seven domains and is remotely proctored. The number of questions in each domain is based upon the domain’s assigned weight.

Each multiple-choice question has four options with only one correct answer. A score of 60% or higher is required to pass the exam. Candidates must have successfully passed the COBIT 2019 Foundation Certificate Exam to take the exam.

The exam questions are not set in the typical ISACA style and may be misleading for those that have not taken ISACA exams before. Secondly, there were many spelling and grammatical errors which indicates a lack of quality review, as well as distorting the actual meaning of the question. I would recommend that the exam setter re-looks these questions
