After doing the first 2 sets I could tell these tests would not be helpful. The grammar is poor, the questions are ambiguous and the incorrect answers presented often have nothing to do with the question. There are also many questions on workflows which is a legacy feature that is being phased out by Servicenow.

Very Good material.Helped me to clear my CSA exam. I bought 4 dumps and would definitely say this one was very close to the questions that was asked in the exam. I would even say I got few direct questions. First time I failed and second time with Udemy and CSA Servicenow Admin content I was able to clear the exam. The key is to prepare the course content they give and practice Udemy Dumps.

I am elated to announce I have completed my CSA certification today. This practice set gave me different perspective from usual other mock sets. However, some suggestion to make it more better: 1. Some questions (nit many) needs to be re-written to have more clarity. 2. In multiple questions, You need to add how many are correct. I believe if this is done, you would have better rating than current. Cheers anyways for the help.
