ServiceNow Implementation Tests ITSM - IT Service Management

Yesterday I passed my exam (Tokyo release) and these mock tests helped to some degree. But many of them focused on unnecessary details. In a hindsight, if I take to the account what they really wanted to know in the real test, I would advice you to focus on question related to: - roles (what a role can/cannnot do, for example: what itil_admin can do in Change Management etc.) - all the good practices - names of the tables and what they store (for example: what is kb_use for) - what tables are extended from Task table - how inbound email action works and what can be created through them - flows (for example: what are the names of OOB flows in Knowledge Management) - states in life-cycles (for example: what are mandatory fields for incident in Resolved state etc.) - how to auto-populate fields like Assignment group - everything around Change Models and Change Approval policies On the other hand, don´t bother too much with topics like: - views (they asked only 1 question about views and it was related to sys_popup view) - exact names of the properties and what they do (they asked about properties, but in a more general way: usually, it is sufficient to know that this and this feature can be configured via SOME property) - exact names of the plugins and what they do (they asked only one quite basic question about this, namely: what are the roles activated by ITSM Roles plugin)

If you are interested in passing the ITSM Implementation Certification you should get these tests. I just passed my exam this last weekend 04.11.2021. I'm not sure I would have passed the test without these. Please note that these questions are not the actual test from ServiceNow but the material covered in these practice tests will help you on your journey to becoming fluent in the ITSM Processes. There are some questions that do not follow the book that comes from the training material (took training in November) but the practice questions are on point. There were a few I had to look into directly within my PDI and discovered that the book obviously wasn't updated but knowing this material and using it with practicing the material from the training book allowed me to pass this test. Use these tests by not memorizing the questions but take them as soon as you purchase this course and use the charts to see what you should review. Then come back and retake the tests after studying the material again. Rinse, repeat until you pass the material from knowing the right answer but not memorizing the answer to these questions. Good amount of questions. Not really helpful for preparing for the CIS - ITSM certificate test. only a couple of the questions here were in the actual test. Also many questions had wrong answers discussed in Q&A. I would not recommend this set.

Thanks for these questions. I just passed my exam without needing to do the course. I do have a few years of experience which also helped but these questions will absolutely help you to pass. You will need to understand the process and information required for each question. I was not asked about workshops, phew! It was mainly problem, incident, service catalog, knowledge.
