It is nice to see that the instructor puts in the time and effort to use show commands to verify what he is trying to accomplish as well. I learned some new show commands from this and I do appreciate that.

This is the overall BEST video series for CCENT that I have found! Great Foundation! Wish this was the first thing I had found. Best to worse out of the CCENT material that I have tried. All of these guys are experts and really know there stuff buuuuut..... Matt Carey - Udemy- Clear, on task, no extra crap, good pace, great price!! David Bombal- Udemy - He is great but for CCENT he talks over your head and you have no idea what he is talking about. But great labs. Great price! Keith Boghart - INE, stays on objectives but wastes time on intro into subjects, cheap feel to visual aids. overpriced. Keith Gebhardt- Udemy. In a huge rush for some reason, has terrible language habits, talks to fast and slurs. Doesn't explain things well but there is a value in the basic labs and repetition. Good price. Also for me the lab book would not download for 2 days. lab book download from his shady looking website where he asks you to buy more stuff. Jeremy Cioara- CBT nuggets. Acts like a clown on speed. wastes 2 or 3 min in each video off topic about himself, family etc. Doesn't stay within the CCENT curriculum sometimes. Course not organized well, no pace, takes forever. Seems like he could be really good at this but he has lost touch with what needs to be done. Ridiculously overpriced $80 a month subscription to CBT nuggets I had for 6 months. ugh They all cover the same thing but In different ways. I would combine Matt Carey, Pearson VUE test prep with Quiz, Packet tracer, some basic labs from Youtube, then David Bombal to top it off.

A good course, covers what you need for the CCENT exam. Each category is broken down and to the point video making it easy to digest. I have tried other online tutorials in the past and they tend to go over my head or are too long, if you are like me this course is perfect for you. Matt the author is very helpful and answered my questions even the ones I thought were lame but he was nice enough to get back to me. I am very grateful for the support. This will be my second time sitting this exam (which is tomorrow) I feel confident thanks to this course and of a Cisco book but it really depends on the questions I get.

original - So far so good, a bit fast on some of the new concepts, sometimes the explanation of the concept came after the example. Easy to understand his presentation but sometimes stumbles a bit on typing commands. Responsive to questions but sometimes not relevant, incomplete, immature responses. I just found the Cisco written material: http://www.learncisco.net/courses/icnd-1/ This video course could be helpful to grasp certain concepts and general overview but to ensure all material/details are covered check the Cisco course.
