    I could not find a course that contains latest release questions on the web and it is great that this course offered me a lot of new material and upgraded my knowledge in the field. Not just the latest release questions, but the previous ones are also profound and comprehensive. So you can enjoy them deeply.

    Good coverage of the questions, but not as updated as I expected for the vancouver release and the rest were helpful and covered all topics of ITSM.
