I have found the course very informative and makes understanding current formulas I interact with a lot more clearer to understand. It would be useful to know where formulas would be more applicable to assign, it was mentioned in Session 1 there were a lot of places to include formulas so for the best function and outcome, where could these be utilised? Otherwise so far so good and totally worth signing up. Hoping to understand more about Variables DBIs and Functions in further sessions. Also hoping that Sickness formulas will be covered as well as Holiday absences.

Its not really what i was expecting, its more like a meeting which has been recorded rather than a training module, there are sound issues and attendees unmuting themselves and talking over the top of the presenter. The structure of the course is not very organised it moves back and forth between different topics on different screens without really explaining what is happening
