The instructor is friendly and it is a great pace and easily understood. It was frustrating when he kept saying 'he does not have the time', or 'go dig for the information' and fails to realise that's why we are here and paid for this course. Kept pointing to Microsoft technet instead of explaining himself and barely any how to videos, just vague explanations on topics. Good for basic techs who want an introduction to Exchange and concepts.

It is good but will still need details on how things work. Like in DAG how do you monitor the databases and how do you replace a database if needed.

Pretty straight forward, covers a huge field and hopefully by the end of this course I'll give a 5 stars to a presenter ! More than I've expected. Great for absolute beginners. Covers a huge field, explanations are clear and goes into details when needed.
