左側のパネルの画面が小さい上にクリアーじゃない。最初の設定がこのバージョンとは異なっているため、異なる場合の対応方法が提示されておらず質問しても回答がない。自力で解決し、進めていくと、実際にファイルを呼び出す・ファイルに書き出す等で問題が起きた。これも時間をかけて自力解決したが、謎も残ってる。質問に全く返信がないのはどうかと思う。それなりに有用な情報もある。

First of all thanks Mr Luke. every lecture had understandable speed and enough content before Tkinter lectures. Tkinter lectures have too much content although they are contained interesting examples.
