I was stuck with the 1'st run of the app, kept getting error int not allowed for self.tabWidget.setCurrentIndex(0). Something went wrong in the designer .ui file so I replaced it with the course supplied version & it worked so I could resume the pos.py develpement. Overall a very educational video course with a practical application.
