These cannot be addressed well by libraries or tools; a new language was called for.”

This course disappointed me. TLDR: do not recommend. First of all - its naming. Shouting words like "ultimate", "comprehensive", "perfect" - don't be cheated: it is not. It is not perfect for Experienced developers. If you are one - than free to skip first 18 chapters and start from chapter 19. I bet that beginners on their own start to get lost after 18th chapter, because author doesn't explain subject in easy and understandable way for beginners. Materials has a lot of unnecessary talks, some facts about the world, some non-funny jokes, ice-cream commercial (what??!) and so on. So I recommend to watch it on 2x speed - at least you will spend less time on useless information. Because of the same reason I looked all the exercises skipping first half of video, and I didn't miss anything important. The course has no structure at all. There are fundamentals at the beginning, then some advanced lessons, then fundamentals again and again some advanced. A lot of materials have been explained twice. There are even two separate "farawels" but with the same content. Lector has academic knowledge about go-lang, but I doubt that he has some intensive commercial experience with this tool. Long story short: I have a feeling that I've lost my time. This course can be at least triple time shorter.
