Learn from Scratch How to Develop General and Data Entry Desktop Applications with Reports in VB / VB.Net for Beginners
If you are new to programming and want to be able to develop different kind of applications, with or without database, the tutorials in this course will teach you step by step with practical exercises during each lesson. Even if you don't have any prior knowledge of programming you can easily understand the lessons and the exercises.
In this course you will learn different basic to advance programming techniques using Windows Forms. In start you will learn how to display any text to the user through Message Box. Then gradually further you will learn how to work on Variables, Loops, Decision Making, Menus, Dialogues as well as working with different controls like Text Box, Radio Button, Check Box, Combo Box, Progress Bar, Timer control and more. You will also cover many other interesting topics.
In last you will create a Database Application in which you will Add, Delete, Modify some records in database through your application and then you will call the saved data in report using report parameters.
After completing this course and your practice hopefully you will be able to develop mid-level application yourself with a professional interface and coding.

The course is not that bat at all however for beginners it is not the best, and for advanced/intermediate people there's no sense to take this course. Video/sound quality is average, there are many times that there's left 10-15-20 seconds at the end where nothing happens just waiting for switching off the video. Beginnings of the videos always start selecting windows form, adding buttons, etc,... which is totally unnecessary to see at the 100th time. So you can start about at 1-2 minutes from the beginning. The more problematic that basic things are not well explained, many important explanations are missing. There are no quizes and no self programming tasks which helps you to study well a topic. Overally I'd expect much more from a beginner course.

Great course. Some back-tracking due to missed steps were required in the last 2 or 3 videos. Though genuine slips, these helped to build confidence as I was able to spot the errors and determine the corrections which were done in the video shortly after. All due to the excellent prior instruction. Proves I am learning something. Good job.
