Basic JavaScript knowledge

React Native Framework
is a framework for building Mobile Native Applications for IOS & Android. In this course we will learn React Native using Expo Platform. The thing that makes this course special is the way of teaching. First of all, during lessons there will be no assumptions that the student knows any prior knowledge of the topic, teaching with such assumptions can harm the learning process.

The second and most important thing is focusing on fundamentals. This is not a zero to hero course, because we do not believe on this saying. This is the course where you will build a strong base that is going to benefit you in all your later stages of your career.

We will learn Navigation, State Handling, Props, Hooks and lot more.

This course might have been good once. But apparently it is outdated no (8/13/2025). I am installing the programs, Git, Node.js, Expo Cli and discovered the installation for Expo is an old version. The installation routine returned a bunch of messages saying things were deprecated. I copied the email for the instructor from the course and tried to email him for instructions and gmail returned the message that the email address could not be found. I'm now afraid the content is outdated for everything and will probably look for another course to take instead of this one.

I appreciated how the concepts were presented. It has a balance of items for beginner programmers and also some new special items like "useEffect" for more medium to experienced. For improvement, it could explore more items about deployment in phones (and maybe some hints about API tests using Node/React).
