The instructor doesn't show stronger knowledge of the subject matter as he wasn't convincing about executing some tasks he talked about. Secondly, he needs to improve in his speech and fluency as that is a very important quality a teacher or instructor should have. Finally, in a course of this kind, it is expected that some resources are added like the PowerPoint presentation used in the lecture, a text editor containing the codes he wrote while trying to execute some task and so on.
