This second version of this course is the distilled version. This new version seems far more focused on the essential and the practical things that a web developer must know. And so, the course has been greatly improved by tightening the focus and reducing the time commitment to get the basics in hand. I now feel as if I have a very good grip on the essentials of vanilla html and css. Thanks, Muslim!

Awesome course.. other CSS courses focus on building big, cool looking projects, but this course focuses on the theory mostly, with simple practice activities. This was like a refresher course for me.. I appreciated that there are things that are important that are not covered in other courses, for example useful pseudo classes, pseudo elements, combinators, Emmet, etc.. recommended if you want a quick overview of the most important HTML and CSS concepts (from beginner to advanced)..
