Yes. I am looking to learn the fundamentals of PHP quickly and be introduced to the tools to run projects locally. This course has shown me how to do so. One aspect I would add, make sure to update the course to include the statement of using apache through xampp for localhost. I was able to find the information quickly on google, but it should be a small change that should help anyone else in the future.
