Fullstack Recommender System using Python3 and Angular - E-commerce Machine Learning Using Python and Firebase
Interested in recommender systems or do you just want to learn how to build advanced systems consisting of both frontend and backend? Then this course is all you need! You will learn how to setup a API using the programming language Python such that a backend recommender can be remotely called. Furthermore you will learn how to develop a fully working frontend system using Angular and firebase which is capable of presenting user recommendations.
During this course you will use a vast range of technologies including Angular, Python, Typescript, MySQL and firebase. The course will in other words give you a solid introduction to the development of fully functional web applications where several systems are integrated.
What is TypeScript?
TypeScript is the main language used by the official Angular teams and the language you'll mostly see in Angular tutorials. It's a superset to JavaScript and makes writing Angular apps really easy. Using it ensures, that you will have the best possible preparation for creating Angular apps.
By the end of this course, you'll be able to:
Build real client apps with Angular
Build backend systems using Python3
Work with MySQL databases
Integrate to Firebase
Use Machine Learning algorithms
Consuming HTTP services
The Machine Learning Algorithms used in this course is all based on the Surprise Library which also any Python developer to get started with Machine Learning using just a few lines of code.

Cannot continue with this course, because scikit-surprise cannot be installed anymore even after following the lecturers steps (installing Microsoft Visual C++ 2014 and higher). Information is outdated as all of the tools are already updated and don't work the same way this lecturer shows. A complete waste of time and money.

* Low video resolution and poor video quality. Hard to make out what the codes are. Had to screenshot multiple times and zoom in via MS paint to determine if something was a bracket or a parentheses. * Code appears to be Hackery: instructor debugs his own code frequently due to silly errors. Maybe it's was intentional? Hard to say. * Lots of jumping back and forth because the instructor forgot to do something beforehand: makes it hard to follow his logic. * Instructor has bit of an Indian-like accent and does occasionally mumbles. This makes it hard to determine what he's saying. * Almost 100% "hows" (for his particularly chosen platform) but next-to-none "whys" style of teaching.
