I thought this video series was straight to the point and very practical. Often times when taking these courses, I find the author going complicating the course by doing a lot of extra stuff like coding up the css, writing the html, and then getting to the stuff that I came form. Edwin says he is showing you CRUD with Vue and Laravel, and that is what he does. He minimizes his time on the related but non central stuff and focuses on what the course is about. When I needed help on a CRUD related aspect, I didn't have to sit through several minutes or hours of how to write the css for the interface. Also Edwin is very friendly and down to earth in his presentation.

I used a separate course by Edwin on Laravel, to convert my existing Yii framework to laravel, and just loved how he taught and how straightforward it was to work with the framework. Fast forward a year, and I wanted to add more functionality to the project using javascript. Edwin had this course on using Vue with Laravel, and it was EXACTLY what I needed to learn how to add this functionality to my existing project (with a little searching on my part). I was able to add Vue to my laravel 8 project, and clean up the example to utilize 1 modal. The best part is that it was EASY to add the component to my existing blade component and everything worked. I'd say this is a definite beginner course, and would love to see some more advanced walkthrough of working with Laravel and Vue in the future. But... only with Edwin. I love his teaching methods.

I think the first part was a bit hard to follow so i bough the laravel/vue Original like 49 hour course and it helped alot. Lots of great stuff!

If you like to be a cowboy coder, and do not care about details, and with unexpected and unprepared live debugger, this would be your best choice. Plus this is only ONE hour course with 30% of unexpected live debugging. It is very bad. I expected this course to give me a good code quality for interview, but the code just really bad for preparation of interviews.
