This beginner-friend CSS3 training course is led by expert Geoff Blake, who draws from his background as a designer to help you see how various graphical elements and settings can work together to form a complete user experience. I learned many shortcuts that applying CSS can help me to achieve. I guess some image applications and how to manipulate them would be a nice addition to improve the course. The course has helped me understand External CSS which was me weakest skill and that makes it a win for my future designs.

The instructor provided the best explanation of the CSS Box Model that I have ever heard. I knew some CSS coming in, but he filled in a lot of the gaps. He covered a lot of ground, and he explained things very well. Very good course.

This was a very basic course in CSS. it was well done and the presentation was very good. The instructor was easy to understand and follow. This was an introduction to CSS and only covered a very small number of selectors and properties. This course is for a real beginner, even someone beginning with HTML too. I am familiar with CSS after learning on the fly as I worked on various web projects. I wanted a "formal" education in CSS not just from picking up things here and there. For a beginner, this is a good course because it doesn't bombard you with a lot of jargon and the like. It was a slow engaging pace with real examples to show you the effects of the CSS. I would recommend this course for someone starting out with web design (even HTML). For someone who is familiar with web design and already have some knowledge of CSS, I would recommend a more advanced course.
