tenho ortofotos, shapefiles, e a idéia é publicar uma aplicação web a partir deste material, decidindo tipo de opensource, para utilizar Google Api, e ArqGis (tem de adquirir licença ou pagar por nro de consultas por mes), entao a opção fica em GeoServer, MapServer, nao achei um opensource que resolvesse o problema de dinheiro, ouvi falar no I3Geo, e no GTerralib da funcate, mas nao tem curso sobre estes frameworks.
