I enjoyed taking this course very much and learned alot. I did not use JS Bin code entry though, but Visual Studio Code (VSC) instead - I named each of the 20 project HTML and CSS files (and 2 JavaScript ones for the last couple of lessons). I have them for future reference. With the VSC autocomplete feature (Emmet) I was able to enter code very fast while watching the videos. With the Live plugin for VSC I was able to see the results instantly like JS Bin. The instructor teaches by example without detailed explanation of the syntax which lets us go faster - I knew some HTML, CSS, and JavaScript so I was okay with that. However, I changed ID# to class whenever the instructor used an ID more than once on a given page as a specific ID should only be used once on a single HTML page. When we got to Awesome Fonts, I found it virtually impossible to type all the code in the related CSS file so I used a link to the Awesome Font website stylesheet in the HTML and was good to go that way. The instructor is very creative and I was able to witness a designer at work. Thanks. The instructor has a pleasant voice - and it would be truly outstanding if the ahs, ems, and mouth clicking sounds were reduced significantly. I am glad the instructor stopped the 20-second video brand introductions after a few lessons. I enjoyed the short videos - everything broken up into small segments. At times the zoom in was not good enough to see the code easily. In summary, I learned alot, but I did alreay know some HTML, CSS, and Javascript from another Udemy course. The course was worth taking for me and I enrolled when there was a sale price so I thought it was a great bargain.

Overall the course was good for practicing building websites using html and css. The practice pages done in this tutorial looked very nice and smooth. If you already have some knowledge of the material but not much experience building good looking websites, then this is for you. However, I must say that this tutorial is definitely not very informative and doesn't do a lot to teach the fundamentals of web design to a beginner.

At times, I wish there was a little more explanation as to the why behind certain coding choices. Like, why adjust padding instead of margin? Or why go with div id's instead of classes, or div id's AND classes? Or what does "hr:before" mean? I think I understand why and eventually figure it out, but I think it might be interesting to include the "why" behind certain topics and choices.
