As an IT professional who runs projects, I found this helpful, but it was missing a key component. I think the Phase 1 section needs a whole video on the Business Requirements Document. The requirements gathering process and creation of the BRD is the most crucial part when I'm starting a project. The project charter or plan isn't specific enough in this regard. Without a BRD, you can't move on the Phase 2 and you invite scope creep so it's really important. Also from an IT perspective, Hypercare would be in Phase 3, right after deployment. It's usually a two week long period where fixes can be deployed. I understand that it wasn't included here because this is a more generalized training and hypercare wouldn't apply to all projects.
