This training demonstrates how to improve efficiency within a team using the Scrum framework for development. Vladimir connects Lean principles, originally used in manufacturing, with real human work in software and product development. This training also helped me better prepare for the Kanban with Scrum exam, as Kanban is based on Lean principles. I enjoy all of Vladimir’s trainings because they are perfectly structured, but this one stands out as the best in terms of content.
