    Not sure what Cisco related questions has to do with the ITIL

    This is a very well structured course, I especially liked the tests and the 350 questions, as well practice and demo versions. By practicing on it, I could pass the ITIL 4 exam with 98%.

    Language is overly verbose and confusing, like someone trying to prove they know lost of English words and not how english speakers genrally speak. Some answwers are just plan wrong - Question 26
