The course is quite detailed. However, it does not engage the learner that much. This may be due to its high-level content, but it is more like listening to an audio book. Regarding practicality, document types are spoken of in the course but there is no example or sample that learners may acquire or use to have an idea of what is being spoken about. It requires a great deal of concentration and previous experience otherwise newbies may not find it comfortable at all.
