Déjà avec les deux premières vidéos, la qualité de la voix et de l'image rassure totallement.

It is a really good introduction. Well structured and explained, with concrete examples and tools to help in the process. I'd like it to be a more engaging, but that's the personal style of the trainer. I'd do recommend this course.

There is a lot of repetition, especially in the earlier sections, which boil down to the instructor just typing out lists of things. This made it hard to keep focussed and identify what the actual useful knowledge was. I get the earlier parts of the process are intentionally bit more loose and brainstormy, but doing that same thing 3-4 times in a row just felt redundant

For someone that hasn't done this type of document, it gives great detail and examples of how to go about creating the different document. Great beginners' course.
