Pearl Building Rating System - Pearl Qualified Professional "PQP" practice exams consist of multiple-choice questions. The students will be able to assess their knowledge and ability to finish the exam with the required score practicing 240 Questions in a 6 simulation exams to be completed in 1 hour each. The simulation exams are applicable for Pearl Building Rating System Version 1.0. and will give you a life-time access to the tests. Estidama provides sustainability and green building initiative and created Pearl rating system. After passing the final exam and satisfying all the documents, you will become PQP-PBRS in Abu Dhabi - Emirates (UAE).

The practice questions were prepared by a USGBC approved instructor "USGBC Faculty - Karim elnabawy.

Each simulation exam will allow the students to focus on the credit sections they are studying while providing explanation on correct and incorrect answers. Our simulation exams are designed to make you pass the exam from the first attempt.

Get ready to test your green building skills and enroll now! To register for the Exam, please choose "Estidama Pearl Rating System" in the Test Takers section of Prometric website. The PQP Exam is a computerized multiple-choice exam provided through a Prometric testing center. The exam comprises of 40 multiple-choice questions. to be answered in 1 hour.The pass rate for each exam is 70% or 28 questions correct out of 40.
