I was really pleased with this course - especially as an initiation into the world of skills-based organisations. The examples presented are simple to follow and understand, the pace is easily adjustable using the Udemy video speed features. It was just a shame my organisation disabled the role play features from the end, so I wasn't able to complete this. However, all in all I found the course really useful!
